The ground floor is a large space of 50m² which includes a large living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom,

the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher,

the living room offers you a sofa bed for 2 people, two armchairs, a TV and a DVD player,

outside you have a sunny terrace with teak table and deck chairs.

heating is provided by a heat pump, reversible to air conditioning in summer.

the upper floor includes a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with 90 cm twin beds and a bathroom (shower and toilet), equipped with convectors for heating. The rooms open onto a wooden balcony (with table and chairs) overlooking the airial.
